Our water-soluble bags and films are used to solve pollution environmental problems during the process of handling powder colours or anything similar, particularly for the colours cooking of dyeing-plants, in the printing-works, tanneries, paper-mills, building, wastewater treatment, in agricultural sector and in any companies where there is a daily use of powders in the production cycle.

Furthermore they are mostly used in the industrial laundries, embroideries, sports and in the collection of pet droppings.

All water-soluble bags are supplied with a cold soluble lace, which offers proper closure and at the same time a sudden opening once in contact with water.

Bacteriological tests show that the material is bacteria-proof and makes an effective barrier for isolation.

INDUSTRIAL LAUNDRIES
Introduction of dirty, infected or contaminated underwear and clothes in the water soluble bags.

The bag is closed by the supplied lace and it will be no more open but fully introduced in the washing machine. In this way problems referring to the transport isolation, the washing disinfection will be solved and the user will not be in touch with the content.

DYEING-PLANTS
Introduction of dye powders for textile dyeing, clothing, leathers, from the colours cooking to the dyeing machine.

In this way you can avoid the spread in the air of the particles of powder and the contact between air and dye is minimal. So the dye is prevented from having any changes in the original humidity.

WASTEWATER TREATMENT
Packaging of activated carbons which are present in the waste liquids coming from the industrial activity. This makes them qualitatively compatible, at least acceptable, relating to the environment.

During the treatment the water soluble bag is immersed in the water and after 10 seconds the dissolution process starts. In this way the powders do not disperse in the air and they stay in the water.

AGRICULTURE SECTOR
Packaging of chemicals products necessary for the agricultural processing.

In this way you can avoid the user to come in contact with the chemical product without using masks or gloves.

PETS
Collection of animal droppings while you are walking in the city or in the park.

You can collect the droppings and put them into the water soluble bag. Then you can place the droppings into an hermetic container in plastic material available in different colours and which can be easily put into your handbag or pocket. Once at home, you can empty the container and throw into the WC the water soluble bag together with the droppings, without having the risk to obstruct the pipe.

PAPER-MILLS
Introduction of dye powder for the dyeing paper in the water soluble bags from the colours cooking to the dyeing machine.

In this way you can avoid the spread in the air of the particles of powder and the contact between air and dye is minimal. So the dye is prevented from having any changes in the original humidity.

Production of Golf balls, mostly usable in the Golf fields near the sea.

The presence of watercourses or small lakes often makes difficult to find the balls.
Same dimensions and weight of the "shot" ball that dissolves completely in 2 months.

BUILDING
Packaging of bags of cement or other powder additive.

This device allows the product not to be changed by the possible humidity in the air and in this way it is always unchanged and fit for use. This avoids the separate collection plastic/paper of waste.

FISHING
Easy and safe system for gradually pasturing in the requested areas avoiding unnecessary losses of pasture or maggots.

You should only have to insert the pasture in the bag, the water will dissolve the bag and the pasture will spread where we are for the fishing.This is a product at zero environmental impact and of innumerable utility. The bags also melt at very low temperatures, assuring efficacy of the pasture even during the coldest days.
